He's the very few who can
make me feel moved. He
donates to the University and
insists not to be named.
GENTLEMAN#1
(Smiling embarrassingly)
Nobody knows me anyway.
GENTLEMAN#2
(Frustrating)
There're many others who
demands this and that...
PETER (V.O.)
Giving back to society in
such a way deserves to be
praised in small circle.

WIFE
(Emotional)
That government lawyer
facing indecent assault
charges has jumped from
his high-floor flat and died.
What a waste!
PETER
The sexual offence is
not that serious and death
is not the penalty, even if
convicted...
(Pause) (V.O.)
What would the victims
think? Serve him right?

small way.
Peter gives the singer a note. Later, he passes another note to his wife who manages to give it to the leaving singer.

PETER (V.O.)

Phone rings.
WIFE (O.S)
(Over the phone)
You've to drive me to our

PETER
(Staring at computer screen)
Can I be excused....I mean
I'll come...

I need a break too!

CALLER
(Over the phone)
...I'm not well...But have I got
a good case?...
PETER
(To phone)
...don't work too hard...
we've to be just to ourselves
too!

go swimming this morning
...I need to edit the draft...
INT. STUDY- DAY (MONDAY)
