"Anything Is Treasure"

I had the idea to write a spoken Cantonese song to celebrate the lunar new year in 2017. I began thinking about the song's lyrics and melody on January 25, 2017. I got the verses on January 26, 2017.

On the morning of January 26, 2017 that I got the introduction and the chorus as well. I recorded the song right away and was quite pleased with a take of it. Then I put it aside and re-fixed my other festive songs.

When I listened to the song's take again in the late afternoon, I felt the tempo can be quicker. I re-recorded the song and got the version after several takes. To me, the creativity and the message in the song make more meaning!
